2011 CITA GOLF TOURNAMENT
In 2011, CITA and PMA Central Canada Division joined together to host the first Imaging Industry Charity Golf Tournament. A total of 117 people attended, representing 41companies and retailers. Three separate trophies were presented:
Foursome Scramble Winners: David Morrow, Kieran Wallace, Davie Morris and Rob Burchelt. (John Asa Memorial Trophy)
Lowest Gross: Bob Mundy (PMA Trophy)
Lowest Net: Hiro Okumura (CITA Trophy)
The winner of the Putting Contest was Damien Donnelly. Our own Bob Moggach of PMA won the $10,000 cash price for the Hole In One!
For the first time also, the Silent Auction Company was hired to provide dozens of items to be bid on for charity, along with those donated by CITA member companies. Those companies included Kodak, Bushnell, Photo Life, DayMen, Panasonic, Amplis, Gentec, Fujji, Pentax and Nikon.

Our appreciation also to our volunteers for helping out at the tournament: Susan Winter, Sam Abbas, Dave Bishop, Dave Broomfield.
This also completed our three-year commitment to the Retinoblastoma Society of Canada. Monies raised for this charity totalled $8,667 this year and for the last three years, the total raised for the RBS is $26,112.
CITA is also pleased to report that since 1999, CITA has raised a total of almost $63,000 for various charities.
